My gym is placed dangerously, or luckily, in a triangle of 3 charity shops: Mind, Age UK and St. Giles, which I happen to find myself wandering into after the gym too often when I am in no rush to get home. Sometimes, I think the call my name on some occasions because I can’t believe my luck with the clothes I find!

As I walk in on my left is the summer tops rail, which was very very kind to me, with beautiful sequin and beaded tops being the recurring theme for today! With old label new look, bay and monsoon the quality was out of this world, the blue top still new with tags and others with hardly any signs of wear – it is my lucky day! The skirt features in these pics as it had beautiful sequins hemmed along the bottom: keeping my theme going.

Then on to the skirts, I found some beautiful floral and summery patterns. I risked buying the blue one as I wasn’t sure I could pull off the length as well as the colour, a risk not worth taking… whoops on vinted it goes!

Two honourable mentions above: a very cute lettuce plate that I wanted but had no rhyme, reason or place to put it, and a beautifully detailed, carved table, which had sold within hours of being for sale according to a volunteer!
